The staff at the Candlewood Suites at Town Square in Boise are fantastic. They have been extremely understanding and accommodating to our circumstances. Alyssa, Courtney, and Frank especially made our stay as good as it could be. The rooms were nice and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing a place to stay. Thank you for your help and understanding!

The hotel was exceptionally clean as per the rooms. The rooms had a great variety of things to help with your stay long or short, large fridge which always very useful, twin stove top, large shower, microwave and dishwasher, a very well equipped room.

Had a great experience at this location. Shout out to Zach at reception who provided the best customer service I've had in years. He helped me navigate a kerfuffle where we had booked the wrong date and seemed invested in easing my stress. The room was great with good beds, lots of fluffy pillows, and welcoming for my dog as well. Highly recommend.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked store by front desk. It's clean and well run. Rooms are well equipped. It's a nice place to stay for few days.

Perfect place to stay especially if you have appts at St als in Boise. Great hospital rates and sign up for their rewards. I've stayed many places in Boise but candlewood estates is the absolute best. Beautiful rooms,fluffy towels,pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner,body wash and hand soap. Kitchenette with ceramic top stove full fridge even dishwasher and all utensils and pots and pans. Comfortable beds with four full pillows on each bed.Mini store and weight room. Staff is excellent!! We don’t usually stay in hotels, but during the Fourth of July, our neighbors tend to set off a lot of fireworks, and we have a dog who gets very anxious. So, we’ve made it a tradition to book a hotel room for the night to give our pup (and ourselves!) a peaceful place to rest. This was our third time staying at this location, and each time has been great—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This visit, we did run into a bit of a noise issue with a very loud and disruptive guest upstairs. They were stomping around, slamming doors, and making quite a bit of noise. We waited a couple of hours, hoping it would calm down, but it only got worse. When we finally reached out to the front desk, the staff handled it quickly, kindly, and professionally. Noise from other guests isn’t the hotel’s fault, but how they respond to situations like that says a lot—and they handled it wonderfully. After that, the rest of our stay was lovely and quiet. We also noticed they’ve updated the rooms since our last visit—they look fantastic! Overall, we’re very happy with all of our stays here, and especially this one. We’ll definitely be back again!

I had a fantastic stay at Candlewood Suites in Boise! What stood out most was the exceptional team the manager has built—truly one of the best I’ve encountered. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but it was the people who made the experience memorable. They checked in throughout my stay, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. It’s rare to find a team so committed to great service. Thank you to everyone at Candlewood Suites Boise for such a positive experience—I’ll absolutely be back!
